MEET THE BROWN'S Hi! I'm D'aun, Kris is my husband, and we have a daughter and son, Kristal & Daryl, and a son Billy Bob. We own and operate a family farming and ranching business that consists of approximately 300 head of cattle and all the farming that goes with it. I also have a grooming shop. Kristal graduated radiology school and is now specializing in MRI, she has graduated and out in the day in day out grind, Daryl is an equine chiorpractor, they live in Weatherford, Texas. Billy Bob is a senior and rodeos throughout Texas, bragging rights are permitted, Billy Bob at 14 years old won his first truck, 2006 Dodge Dually team roping, since then he has won his second truck and a two horse trailer. Billy Bob is also the 2009 Texas High School Rodeo State Calf Roping Champion. We all participate and share duties whether it is whelping puppies, pulling calves, feeding horses; all doing our share of spoiling puppies, working cattle or training on some young horses. About our facilities: Our Puppy Pavilion consists of a trailer house, completely remodeled with 22 - 4' x 8' inside areas with metal doggie doors going out on to 14' runs. This is unique for coming in for climate controlled comfort or going out to play or just laying around in the warm sun. The Puppy Pavilion is complete with its own washer/dryer, sink, etc. Everything needed to make them feel they have a natural, loving, home environment. All puppies are adopted with limited registration. Here at the house we have 120 acres where we do a little of everything. The Puppy Pavillion is right outside my backdoor, convenient to keep a close eye on the Puppy Pavilion, cattle working pens and an arena for equine activities. Location: Carbon is 65 miles east of Abilene, Texas, and 95 miles west of Fort Worth, or it is 12 miles south of Eastland on Highway 6. Eastland is on Interstate 20 between Abilene and Fort Worth. |
